Excel (Gym-for-All Apparatus Programme) competitive gymnastics is a programme popular across Wellington and was originally created for gymnasts who have strong gymnastics abilities and a desire to compete, but don’t have the time required to commit to artistic competitive.

At Rimutaka Gymsports there is an assessment required for gymnasts who wish to take this pathway.  Excel puts the focus on participation and enjoyment, with gymnasts getting to choose the skills they compete.
